What is Cabbr?

Cabbr is an ERP platform built for cab operators to manage bookings, duties, customers, drivers, vehicles, suppliers, accounts and day-to-day operations from one connected system.

Who is Cabbr designed for?

Cabbr is designed for cab operators, travel companies and fleet businesses that want to manage their operations digitally from one platform.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Cabbr is web-based, so you can access your account through a supported web browser without installing desktop software.

Can my team use Cabbr?

Yes. You can add team members and manage their access according to their roles and responsibilities.

Can I use Cabbr on mobile devices?

Cabbr can be accessed through supported mobile browsers, allowing you to manage important operations when you're away from your desk.

Operations & Support

Can I manage bookings and duties in Cabbr?

Yes. Cabbr lets you create and manage bookings, allocate vehicles and drivers, track duty status and maintain operational records from one system.

Can I manage customers, suppliers and vehicles?

Yes. Customer, organisation, booking agent, vehicle supplier, fleet and driver information can be maintained within Cabbr.

Does Cabbr include accounts and invoicing?

Yes. Cabbr includes tools for proforma invoices, tax invoices, receipts, credit notes, expenses and other accounting workflows.

Can Cabbr work with GPS tracking?

Cabbr supports FleetLink GPS integration. Additional third-party GPS integrations may also be available as an optional service.

How do I get help if I have a problem?

You can contact the Cabbr support team for assistance with using the platform, configuration or technical issues.

Pricing & Billing

How does Cabbr pricing work?

Cabbr uses usage-based pricing. Your monthly subscription is calculated primarily according to the number of completed duties during the billing period.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Cabbr has a one-time setup fee of ₹2,500, which includes initial setup, configuration and staff training.

Do I pay separately for each user?

No. Cabbr does not use a per-user subscription model. Your core subscription is based on your operational usage

Are SMS, WhatsApp and other services included?

Some communication and third-party services are charged separately based on usage. The applicable rates are shown on the Pricing page.

What happens as my number of duties increases?

Your subscription automatically follows Cabbr's usage-based pricing structure, so your cost scales with the volume of completed duties.
